Murata, a college student living alone, has paralysis in both hands due to a designated intractable disease. He begins receiving home care. The caregiver assigned to him is Oshikawa, a beautiful but extremely unfriendly woman. A week-long stay-at-home caregiving period begins. Murata's condition is such that he suffers severe headaches if he doesn't ejaculate once an hour. Due to the side effects, he cannot use his hands and is unable to masturbate. After hearing the situation, Oshikawa nods calmly with an iron mask-like expression. "...It's my job. No problem..."
